Business and Data Analyst

Job Description

  • Research on business domain, clearly document requirements and communicate with third parties to ensure that requirements are all well understood before initiating development
  • Define main flows, function test cases, acceptance criteria and document all project components extensively
  • Maintaining all current and historical project documentation in an easily accessible manner
  • Support development team, answer questions, understand dependencies between projects and avoid conflicts
  • Carry out internal Function Testing and support for User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist project manager on project implementation



  • Elicit and analyze business requirements, read 3rd party documentation or other sources of information to create functional & non-functional requirements
  • Excellent documentation skills to breakdown business requirements into epics and user stories
  • Experience in UML, modelling and design techniques, good understanding on SDLC process
  • Good organization and communication skills, team player, proactive, adaptable and meticulous
  • Knowledge of Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), DevOps will be added advantage
  • Project management and programming experience will be added advantage
  • Knowledge in the Financial market will be added advantage
