Project Manager

Job Description

Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion and ensure the projects are carried out with agreed timeline, scope, budget and resources The scope includes:

  • Manage project lifecycle, governance & control, budgeting & forecasting, risk management, stakeholder management
  • Lead discussions in requirements gathering and implementation timeline
  • Analyze requirements with development team and compose solution specifications
  • Be point of contact and communicate project status to sponsors, stakeholders and participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports for all stages of the project
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Carefully assess and analyse the business implications involved
  • Provide presales support to sales team, including effort & cost estimation for project management and tender presentation



  • More than 5 years of experience in project management of IT projects. PMP , CITPM certification preferred
  • Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities, and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, stakeholders and team
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in .NET based web application development and SQL Server database with good understanding and troubleshoot experience preferred
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in I.T. such as .NET, networking, cloud, security, database and data-analytics will be added advantage
  • Financial industry experience will be a big plus
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer, Information Technology or equivalent
