You need to have:
1. Experience & Requirements
At least 4 years of experience on MS Azure/AWS, C, ASP .Net, MS SQL and Entity Framework, in financial services industry.
Full software development lifecycle experiences with good design and programming principles to develop smart, reusable, scalable, efficient code following the organisation’s standards.
The ability to design and implement .Net based application and business systems and understand component architecture.
Strong RDBMS skills, SQL, stored procedures, and jobs.
Possess excellent debugging and performance fine tuning skills.
Good knowledge in Agile Development (TDD, Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD).
Familiarity and confidence working in an agile development environment.
The ability to translate business requirements into high-level and detailed functional specification.
A precise attention for code quality, troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly grasp new concept.
Good organization and communication skills, team player, proactive, adaptable, and meticulous.
Desire to succeed in a challenging environment and work independently and effectively.
Able to articulate clearly, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to improve development processes and coordinate processes related to software, testing, release, deployment and provide support to clients.
The people skills required to work with developers, product managers and contribute to product development.
A self-starter with experience in leading a team and managing projects.
Work with business development and sales team to respond to queries.
The experience in .NET Core, Function Service, LogicApp, Angular, Phyton, ReactJS will be added advantage.
Knowledge in Financial markets is a plus.
